描述

溫度控制系統(tǒng)利用熱電阻進(jìn)行測(cè)量點(diǎn)的溫度測(cè)量，利用多通道數(shù)字儀表來(lái)顯示主軸軸承的溫度值。PLC實(shí)現(xiàn)參數(shù)設(shè)定、遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和報(bào)警處理等功能。在實(shí)際編程過(guò)程中，不需要編寫讀寫PLC寄存器的程序，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)定義的方法，在定義了I/O變量后，可直接使用變量名用于系統(tǒng)控制、操作顯示、數(shù)據(jù)記錄和報(bào)警等。

系統(tǒng)設(shè)置一個(gè)啟動(dòng)按鈕來(lái)啟動(dòng)控制程序，設(shè)置紅、綠2個(gè)指示燈來(lái)顯示溫度狀態(tài)。4個(gè)測(cè)量點(diǎn)的溫度在要求范圍內(nèi)，綠燈亮，表示主軸可正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；當(dāng)某一個(gè)被測(cè)點(diǎn)溫度達(dá)到上限時(shí)，即便主軸轉(zhuǎn)速還未達(dá)到要求，則紅燈亮，同時(shí)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)顯示器上相對(duì)應(yīng)的軸承報(bào)警。操作者將主軸立即停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，并根據(jù)對(duì)應(yīng)報(bào)警號(hào)檢查主軸軸承對(duì)應(yīng)位置處的狀況，從而避免主軸軸承研傷現(xiàn)象。
