現(xiàn)今巴塞羅納地鐵包括5條主干線路，115個車站和500輛列車，每日運(yùn)輸量超過110萬人次。高峰期，一列五節(jié)車廂的地鐵列車可以運(yùn)載1000名乘客，每3分鐘一趟，一小時的總運(yùn)輸量超過60，000人次。一年的總運(yùn)輸能力超過3.1億人次。
