由以上視圖可清晰看出,該系統(tǒng)采用單臺(tái)人機(jī)接口-觸摸屏通過RS-485總線,實(shí)時(shí)對(duì)PLC進(jìn)行監(jiān)控﹑參數(shù)調(diào)整﹑斷紗自動(dòng)報(bào)警等多項(xiàng)功能.本系統(tǒng)的PLC通過調(diào)整160多個(gè)電磁鐵開合時(shí)間來實(shí)現(xiàn)紗線接頭長(zhǎng)度及紗線支數(shù)的調(diào)整,由于受電磁線圈消磁特性及紗線粘度﹑引紗電機(jī)的速度等綜合影響,電磁鐵的開合時(shí)間亦通常有0.02-0.06秒的衛(wèi)小調(diào)整來滿足生產(chǎn)的需要.所以該系統(tǒng)單臺(tái)人機(jī)接口的點(diǎn)睛運(yùn)用,在有效控制成本的基礎(chǔ)上,極大地提高了生產(chǎn)效率及生產(chǎn)工義指針.該系統(tǒng)PLC的I/O共計(jì)996點(diǎn),面對(duì)如此龐大的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及其成本的壓力,設(shè)計(jì)者卻一反傳統(tǒng)的大而大做,巧妙地利用DELTA公司PLC(自帶485口)及人機(jī)接口共同支持MODBUS協(xié)議的特點(diǎn),根據(jù)紡紗工義的要求,將996點(diǎn)分為10臺(tái)PLC主機(jī)的小系統(tǒng),僅用雙絞線將傳統(tǒng)的10臺(tái)PLC與人機(jī)接口連為統(tǒng)一的”大系統(tǒng)”,真正做到了大系統(tǒng)小設(shè)計(jì).

在一個(gè)負(fù)載不斷變化的引紗﹑喂給主軸上,實(shí)現(xiàn)紗線的支數(shù)穩(wěn)定地控制,無疑都會(huì)采用速度死循環(huán)控制來實(shí)現(xiàn),但在一定的物質(zhì)成本限制下而達(dá)到高品質(zhì)的控制,將是今天乃至明天甚至將來工業(yè)控制的最高境界.而該系統(tǒng)全部采用DELTA公司的B型矢量變頻器,該型變頻器在有效控制勵(lì)磁電流﹑轉(zhuǎn)矩電流的基礎(chǔ)上,利用PG速度反饋卡,輕松簡(jiǎn)單地實(shí)現(xiàn)紗線支數(shù)的穩(wěn)定控制.另外,整條生產(chǎn)線的不間斷的氣流控制上也選用了DELTA公司P系列風(fēng)機(jī)﹑水泵專用型變頻器,而根據(jù)風(fēng)機(jī)阻力與轉(zhuǎn)速平方成正比特性開發(fā)的P型專用變頻器,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)斷紗的非同時(shí)性﹑非連續(xù)性,進(jìn)行有級(jí)控制進(jìn)風(fēng)流量,使該套設(shè)備在用戶使用不足一年中即可回收所有變頻器的成本.
