氣系統(tǒng)控制的特點(diǎn)
電氣系統(tǒng)與熱工自動(dòng)化相比在控制要求及運(yùn)行過(guò)程中有著很多不同點(diǎn)，電氣的主要特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)為：
（1）相對(duì)熱工設(shè)備而言控制對(duì)象少，操作頻率低，有的系統(tǒng)或設(shè)備運(yùn)行正常時(shí)，時(shí)常幾個(gè)月或更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間才操作一次。
（2）電氣設(shè)備保護(hù)自動(dòng)裝置要求可靠性高，動(dòng)作速度快。發(fā)變組保護(hù)動(dòng)作速度要求在40 ms以內(nèi)；自動(dòng)準(zhǔn)同期采用同步電壓方式，轉(zhuǎn)速、電壓調(diào)整和滑壓控制要求在5 ms以內(nèi)；電壓自動(dòng)調(diào)整裝置快速勵(lì)磁要求時(shí)間極短；廠用電快切裝置快速切換時(shí)間一般小于60～80 ms，同步鑒定相位差5°～20°。
（3）300 MW及以上機(jī)組一般每2臺(tái)機(jī)組共用1臺(tái)起／備變，任一機(jī)組檢修都不能影響另1臺(tái)機(jī)組的正常運(yùn)行，因此DCS控制應(yīng)考慮其控制方式，確保只能有1臺(tái)機(jī)組的DCS實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)共用部分的控制，同時(shí)另一機(jī)組DCS能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視，并且這種操作控制權(quán)能實(shí)現(xiàn)切換。
（4）電氣設(shè)備電氣系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)鎖邏輯較簡(jiǎn)單，但電氣設(shè)備本身操作機(jī)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。
因此，機(jī)組的電氣系統(tǒng)納入DCS控制，要求控制系統(tǒng)具有很高的可靠性。除了能實(shí)現(xiàn)正常起停和運(yùn)行操作外，尤其要求能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)顯示異常運(yùn)行和事故狀態(tài)下的各種數(shù)據(jù)和狀態(tài)，并提供相應(yīng)的操作指導(dǎo)和應(yīng)急處理措施，保證電氣系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)控制在最安全合理的工況下工作。
