體化的網(wǎng)絡支持

①Ethernet：為保證系統(tǒng)的可靠性，在系統(tǒng)服務器和操作站之間，網(wǎng)絡的冗余采用的是Honeywell專利技術-容錯以太網(wǎng)FTE(Fault Tolerant Ethernet)提供了可靠的100Mbps高速以太網(wǎng)絡。FTE采用的是單一網(wǎng)絡結構，切換時服務器和操作員站不需要重新連接網(wǎng)絡，因此切換的速度很快，約1s，這樣大大減少了網(wǎng)絡的故障率。普通的以太網(wǎng)節(jié)點(非容錯以太網(wǎng))也能連接到FTE網(wǎng)絡上，同樣比連接到常規(guī)的冗余以太網(wǎng)有更可靠的通訊環(huán)境。

②ControlNet：ControlNet是開放的網(wǎng)絡，由ControlNet國際組織制定技術規(guī)范，其數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率為5Mbps，可以選擇單或冗余的網(wǎng)絡介質，并且提供實時確定性的數(shù)據(jù)傳遞。每個監(jiān)控/對網(wǎng)絡段支持10個控制器或10對冗余配置的控制器，每個C200控制器可以通過I/O子網(wǎng)連接最多8個I/O機架、64個I/O模件，一個I/O模件還可通過現(xiàn)場終端元件FTA連接8～32路不等的現(xiàn)場接線Field Wiring。顯而易見，EPKS系統(tǒng)規(guī)模是相當龐大的。

③I/O Network，I/O子網(wǎng)是霍尼韋爾公司自身研發(fā)的用于系統(tǒng)內部的專用網(wǎng)絡。
