PLC的現場安裝與檢查
實驗室調試完成后，待條件成熟，將設備移至現場安裝。安裝時應符合要求，插件插入牢靠，并用螺栓緊固；通信電纜要統(tǒng)一型號，不能混用，必要時要用儀器檢查線路信號衰減量，其衰減值不超過技術資料提出的指標；測量主機、I/O柜、連接電纜等的對地絕緣電阻；測量系統(tǒng)專用接地的接地電阻；檢查供電電源等等，并做好記錄，待確認所有各項均符合要求后，才可通電開機。
